Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Check the selected design, size, quantity and product description before ordering. Styling photographs may show props that are not included. Screen colours may vary; this does not remove your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description. Shipping charges and taxes collected by our store are shown before payment. Any applicable import-charge arrangements must be disclosed before you place your order.

Orders and payment

Use accurate contact and delivery details and a payment method you are authorised to use. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We will email confirmation after an order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, the address is unsupported or payment cannot be verified, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your consent.

Cancellation requests

To request cancellation or correct an address, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund the order on request. After dispatch, our Refund Policy and applicable statutory withdrawal rights apply. An address change cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been dispatched.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch from Shenzhen, China within 3 days after payment. Dispatch time is not delivery time. Available destinations, shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. If an order is delayed or a parcel is missing or damaged, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Returns and exchanges

Our commercial policy allows a return or exchange request within 7 days after receipt for unused goods with complete original packaging. Buyers pay return postage for non-quality returns; we pay necessary return postage for wrong or faulty items. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us for return instructions. The full Refund Policy applies, including applicable UK and EU withdrawal rights. The 7-day commercial period and packaging condition do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

It is not a prediction of winning probability or a guarantee of winnings, wealth or other results. Purchasing or using a product does not improve your chances of winning. No purchase is required to use the almanac. Play responsibly and comply with local rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact us first with order complaints so that we can work towards a resolution; this does not prevent you from using other remedies available under applicable law. Updates to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.
